Using this website
This website introduces Ashley Studios and makes it easy to request help. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its security or operation.
A request is not an engagement
Submitting a request, opening a chat, receiving a response, or viewing service information does not create a client relationship. Services begin only after Ashley Studios confirms the scope, timing, price and any applicable written terms.
Service scope and availability
Service descriptions and starting prices are general information, not a binding offer. Actual scope, timing, fees and third-party costs are confirmed for each engagement. Availability may vary based on the request and current workload.
Not professional or emergency advice
Ashley Studios provides research, comparison, coordination, household-administration, horse and ranch research, rodeo-opportunity research and real-estate marketing support. Website content and communications are not legal, medical, veterinary, animal-health, financial, tax, real-estate brokerage or other licensed professional advice. Ashley Studios does not represent buyers or sellers, negotiate transactions, evaluate an animal’s health or value, enter competitors in events or perform licensed brokerage activity. Rodeo dates, eligibility, rules, fees and entry requirements must be confirmed directly with each organizer. Do not use the website or chat for emergency or safety-critical requests.
Research and third-party information
Research is based on information reasonably available at the time it is completed. Prices, availability, reviews, policies and listing details may change. Clients remain responsible for their final choices, purchases, contracts and verification of third-party providers.
Private information
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, medical information, government identification numbers or other highly sensitive information through a request or chat. See the Privacy Policy for more information about website data handling.
Website content
The Ashley Studios name, website copy, visual identity, and original materials are for personal review of Ashley Studios services. They may not be copied, republished, or used to represent another business without permission.
Updates
Ashley Studios may update these terms as the website or services evolve. The current version will always be posted on this page with its updated date.
